HEP Par 1
Use
Hepatocyte paraffin 1 (HepPar-1) is a monoclonal antibody that specifically detects a cytoplasmic protein expressed in hepatocytes and some other liver-related cells. In pathology, HepPar-1 is used to differentiate liver-derived tumors from other malignancies. This marker is especially valuable in cases where the primary tumor's origin is uncertain, helping to confirm a hepatic origin.
