This test is a comprehensive gene sequencing and deletion/duplication analysis of 89 genes associated with hereditary neuropathies, intended for diagnostic evaluation of individuals with suspected inherited neuropathy syndromes (GeneDx Neurology Test Requisition; Test Code 737)
Special Instructions
Ordering includes an option for New York retention—patients who are New York State residents may opt-in to allow GeneDx to retain remaining sample for longer than 60 days post‑testing (NY Retention Opt‑In checkbox)
