Limitations
Cross‑reactivity with Blastomyces dermatitidis and other fungal pathogens (e.g., Coccidioides), reducing specificity. Results should be interpreted alongside clinical findings and other diagnostic modalities, including culture, serology, histopathology, and imaging.
