Use
FISH testing on paraffin-embedded cells for detection of IRF4 (6p25) gene rearrangement. IRF4 rearrangements are most frequently observed in lymphoid neoplasms, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, classic Hodgkin lymphoma, follicular center cell lymphoma, and marginal zone B-cell lymphoma.
