Special Instructions
Set‑up occurs Tuesday through Saturday; specimens must be frozen aqueous solutions collected in nonpyrogenic, plastic, leak‑proof containers.
Limitations
This assay requires aqueous solutions only; glass tubes or body fluids are not acceptable and may lead to specimen rejection.
