Use
The NeoTYPE ALL Profile analyzes 50 genes to detect DNA and RNA alterations through next-generation sequencing (NGS) and FISH. Test reports include a summary interpretation of results, useful in detecting clinically relevant genetic abnormalities associated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Special Instructions
FISH components may be ordered as 'Tech-Only'. H&E slide plus paraffin block required for specimen submission.
Limitations
Only copy number loss is reported for the listed tumor suppressor genes. The test is TNA-based. FFPE specimens are not validated for FISH testing.
