Use
The Prostatic Acid Phosphatase (PAP) test is used for long-term serial monitoring of patients. PAP is an enzyme produced by the prostate and is a useful marker for monitoring prostate cancer therapy. Elevated levels of PAP may indicate prostate cancer or other conditions. This test provides a color graphic summary report of the patient's PAP levels over time, allowing healthcare providers to assess the effectiveness of treatment courses and make informed decisions.
Special Instructions
