Special Instructions

Ordering requires submission of an electronic request or use of an ARUP Immunohistochemistry Stain Form (form #32978) with an ARUP client number for those without electronic ordering capability. Specimens must be transported in a cooled container during summer months to maintain stability. Paraffin blocks or slides should be protected from excessive heat and transported using a tissue transport kit available through ARUP.
