HLA DRB1,3,4,5 Intermediate Resolution
Use
This test yields a intermediate resolution DRB1 result with low to intermediate resolution DRB3, 4, and 5. Test can be used for screening of transplant candidates and potential donors, transfusion of specifically compatible blood products, among others.

Limitations
This test was developed and its performance characteristics were determined by Labcorp. The test has not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. As such, caution is advised in the interpretation of the results, and additional confirmatory or reflex tests may be necessary in certain cases to corroborate findings.
