Use
The pan-TRK IHC assay may be used to identify C-terminal protein expression of TRK A, B and C proteins as a surrogate marker of NTRK fusions in solid tumors. Depending on the histologic findings, a positive pan-TRK IHC test may need to be confirmed with an alternative test for NTRK fusions.
Special Instructions
This test number is used for tracking oncology IHC specimens to the laboratory. Bill codes will be added when testing is complete, based on the processes performed in the laboratory.
