SeroNeg RAdx4 Profile
Use
SeroNeg RAdx4 is a diagnostic and prognostic panel for Rheumatoid Arthritis designed to complement traditional RF and Anti-CCP testing.
Special Instructions
This test includes measurement of anti-MCV, anti-CEP1, anti-Sa, and anti-CarP antibodies. Patients must ensure that serum is separated from cells within one hour of collection and transferred to a plastic transport tube before shipping.
Limitations
This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by Labcorp. It has not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It may not identify all cases of rheumatoid arthritis and should be used in conjunction with clinical findings and other relevant data for diagnosis. Factors such as hemolysis, bacterial contamination, lipemia, and non-serum specimen types could lead to rejection of a sample.
