Used when a specific familial IL7R mutation is already known and documented by the ordering physician. This enables targeted testing for that exact mutation rather than full gene sequencing.
Special Instructions
Available only when the mutation is known and documented. If the mutation cannot be documented, order test 252479 (full gene sequencing). Orders must include attestation of patient's informed consent for genetic testing. For family members testing a known mutation, submit the report for the index case if not previously tested at LabCorp.
