E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase
Use
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase mediates ubiquitination of p53, leading to its degradation by the proteasome. Amplified E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase is found in many tumors, leading to suppression of p53 in tumor types such as atypical lipomatous tumor, well-differentiated liposarcoma, and de-differentiated liposarcoma.
Special Instructions
Fresh tissues should be fixed in formalin for 24-72 hours before transfer to 70% ethanol for longer storage. Unstained slides require positively charged glass to prevent background staining.
Limitations
The test's stated turnaround times (TATs) are intended for clinical use and may change based on biopharma protocol requirements. Precise TATs are outlined in the biopharma study contract.
