Use
The ALL FISH Panel (Ph‑like) detects cytogenetic abnormalities commonly associated with Philadelphia chromosome‑like (Ph‑like) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and B lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. Patients with Ph‑like B‑ALL are associated with an unfavorable prognosis, but may potentially be amenable to inhibition with select tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
Special Instructions
Test customization: Probes may be ordered separately. STAT processing is available for BCR/ABL1‑ASS1 t(9;22) upon request—include “STAT” along with the requesting physician’s name and contact information for expedited results.
