Use
This Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) test is designed for detecting chromosomal abnormalities associated with bladder cancer, including aneuploidy of chromosomes 3, 7, and 17, and deletion at the p16 (9p21) locus. It assists in the diagnosis and monitoring of bladder cancer.
Special Instructions
Level of Service: Global or Tech Only. For New York State clients, the test is New York Approved. Specimen must be refrigerated during transport; use cold pack not in direct contact with specimen. Ensure for NYS clients to provide date and time of collection.
