CCND1(BCL1)/IgH t(11;14) FISH
Use
The CCND1(BCL1)/IgH translocation is a key marker for the diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), which is a subtype of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). It is also found in other heme malignancies including multiple myeloma and leukemia subtypes. Available separately or as part of the NHL FISH Panel or Plasma Cell Myeloma IgH Complex FISH Panel.
Special Instructions
H&E slide is required alongside the specimen for analysis. Use cold pack for transport and ensure the cold pack is not in direct contact with the specimen. New York clients must provide date and time of specimen collection.
