CD57
Use
CD57 is expressed on subpopulations of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, including natural killer (NK)‑active cells and subsets of T‑cells. Hematopoietic malignancies that are CD57‑positive include a minority of T‑lymphoblastic leukemias, approximately three quarters of indolent T‑cell large granular lymphocytic leukemias, and a small portion of NK‑cell lymphomas. CD57 immunostaining is also useful to highlight small lymphoid cells in nodular lymphocyte‑predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.
