GATA3
Use
GATA3 (GATA binding protein 3) is a member of the GATA family of transcription factors. It is involved in luminal cell differentiation in the mammary gland and regulates genes involved in breast cancer differentiation and proliferation. Its expression correlates with estrogen receptor‑alpha (ER) status in breast cancer and is a novel marker for bladder cancer—it stains nearly all urothelial carcinomas but not prostate or renal carcinomas.
