Hairy Cell Leukemia (HCL) Add‑On Flow Panel
Use
This flow cytometry add‑on panel is utilized to clarify findings on samples that are already undergoing flow cytometry analysis at NeoGenomics. It is specifically designed to aid in the diagnostic evaluation of hairy cell leukemia by assessing expression of key immunophenotypic markers.
Special Instructions
Available in two levels of service—Global and Tech Only. Global service performs both technical and professional components; Tech Only is technical component only. Stand‑alone testing is available only as Tech Only when not combined with a full panel. The add‑on must be combined with either Standard Leukemia/Lymphoma Analysis or Extended Leukemia/Lymphoma Analysis when ordered in addition to those full flow panels.
Limitations
Stand‑alone testing is only possible under the Tech Only option; global order requires existing flow cytometry analysis. The add‑on panel cannot be ordered independently as a full flow panel. Requires that initial flow cytometry work (Standard or Extended) is in progress for proper interpretation context.
