MUM1
Use
The MUM1 antibody is specific for the MUM1/IRF4 protein that is overexpressed in late plasma‑cell‑directed stages of B‑cell differentiation. It serves as a powerful tool for understanding the histogenesis of B‑cell lymphomas and is an excellent marker for Hodgkin and Reed‑Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin lymphoma when used in combination with CD30. Moreover, MUM1 expression has prognostic value, being associated with poor prognosis in patients with diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
