NEO PanTracer LBx
Use
NEO PanTracer LBx is a liquid biopsy NGS panel designed for advanced stage pan-solid tumor indications. The assay can detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (InDels), copy number variants (CNVs), and fusions in a total of 514 genes. Additionally, it reports the microsatellite instability status (MSI-High status) and blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB) score. This makes the test suitable for comprehensive genomic profiling of tumors to support targeted treatment strategies.
Special Instructions
Ensure specimens are collected in the appropriate tubes (two x 10 mL Streck Cell-Free DNA BCT® tubes) and are transported with a cold pack, ensuring it is not in direct contact with the specimen. Contact client services for any queries regarding transport or storage.
Limitations
The assay is highly comprehensive but may not detect all mutations or fusions present in small lesion samples. Potential for false negatives or suboptimal results exists if sample quality is compromised by improper collection or handling.
