Use
The NeoTYPE Other Solid Tumor Profile analyzes 30 biomarkers through a combination of next-generation sequencing (NGS), FISH, and IHC. Test orders include summary interpretation of all results to help guide treatment decisions. Reflex testing is available based on specific conditions of test results.
Special Instructions
Reflex to NTRK NGS Fusion Panel or NTRK 1-3 FISH Panel if Pan-TRK IHC is expressed or equivocal. MSI NGS result of 'indeterminate' creates reflex to MSI by PCR under specified conditions.
Limitations
Interpretive challenges may arise when tumor percentage requirements or available tissue conditions are not met. Reflex pathways are contingent upon specific test outcomes.
