Use
The NTRK NGS Fusion Panel is an RNA‑based next‑generation sequencing assay designed to detect translocations and fusions involving the Neurotrophic Tropomyosin‑Related Kinase genes NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 with both known and novel fusion partners, as well as selected point mutations in specific exons of these genes. It is intended to guide therapy selection based on FDA‑approved TRK inhibitors such as ROZLYTREK® (entrectinib) and VITRAKVI® (larotrectinib).

Collection Instructions
Paraffin block is preferred. Alternatively, send 1 H&E slide plus 5‑10 unstained slides cut ≥5 microns. Use positively‑charged slides and 10% NBF fixative. Do not use zinc fixatives. Use cold pack for transport but not in direct contact with specimen. NYS clients please provide date and time of Collection.
