Cardiac Arrhythmia Panel
Use
This test is intended for individuals with relevant clinical features or a suspected diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia disorders. It is also suited for individuals with a family member with cardiac arrhythmia without previous genetic testing, or those without access to specific variant information for a relative with genetically-confirmed cardiac arrhythmia.
Special Instructions
Clinical notes and pedigree information are encouraged for optimal test interpretation. Order options include exome-wide CNV analysis as an add-on for a fee. STAT testing is available, incurring a surcharge if delivered late.
Limitations
This test uses NGS with CNV analysis which may not detect all types of genetic variants. Limitations specific to the platform used (Exome or Genome) may apply, and the test does not cover genes outside of the designated panel or list.
