Use
This panel is a flow cytometry–based diagnostic assay for evaluating suspected chronic lymphocytic leukemia or lymphoma cases. It includes standard B‑cell and T‑cell immunophenotypic markers (CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD10, CD11c, CD19, CD20, CD23) plus CD38, FMC7, sKappa, sLambda, and CD45 gating; additional markers may be added per pathologist review to aid in differential diagnosis of B‑cell lymphoproliferative disorders.
Special Instructions
Specimen requirements include peripheral blood, bone marrow aspirate, or fresh tissue/body fluids. Preference for processing: for peripheral blood and bone marrow tubes must be kept at room temperature and shipped to lab immediately.
