Drug Toxicology Monitoring 1, with Confirmation, Oral Fluid
Use
This is a multi‑class oral fluid drug monitoring panel designed to detect recent drug use or misuse through screening of multiple drug classes. It is intended for monitoring compliance and detection of substances including amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cocaine, fentanyl, heroin metabolite, marijuana, MDMA, meprobamate, methadone, nicotine metabolite, opiates, phencyclidine, tapentadol, tramadol, and zolpidem, with reflex confirmation when screening results exceed cutoffs.
Special Instructions
Not provided.
Limitations
Oral fluid detection windows are shorter than urine; drugs are detectable sooner but cleared more quickly (e.g., detectable 24–50 hours after use). Concentrations may be lower, and collection volume is limited. Results do not indicate dose or timing of ingestion, and must be interpreted in clinical context.
Methodology
Immunoassay (Multiplex Protein Panel)
