Antineuronal Nuclear Antibody (Anti‑Hu; ANNA‑1) is associated with paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes, including encephalomyeloradiculopathy, sensory neuropathy, and autoimmune neuropathy, commonly occurring in patients with small cell lung carcinoma. The Anti‑Hu antibody is observed in approximately 5–10% of small cell lung cancer cases, indicating a paraneoplastic process.
