Guardant Infinity™ is designed to deliver comprehensive and multidimensional molecular profiling in oncology through combined genomic and epigenomic analysis from minimally invasive liquid (blood) or tissue samples. The liquid core module covers SNV/Indels, copy number amplifications and losses, fusions, tumor mutation burden (bTMB) and microsatellite instability (MSI), along with DNA methylation–based quantification of tumor fraction. The tissue core module provides similarly extensive profiling, including SNV/Indels, copy number variations, fusions/rearrangements, TMB, MSI, promoter methylation regions, RNA-based fusion detection and PD‑L1 expression, enabling robust insights for precision oncology and response monitoring.
