Elm, Cedar
Use
This is a quantitative allergen-specific ImmunoCAP® IgE test for Elm, Cedar designed for clinical use to detect sensitization to these tree pollens. It assists in evaluating allergic responses where clinical findings, patient history, and laboratory data are considered.
Special Instructions
Not provided.
Limitations
Quantitative allergen-specific IgE results should be interpreted in context of clinical and laboratory findings. Exceptionally high total IgE levels (over 3000 IU/mL), as may occur with parasitic infestation or other conditions, may result in nonspecific binding; in such cases, testing should be re‑evaluated once the underlying condition is resolved.
