Collect fresh stool in a plastic, leak‑proof container. Adult patients: pass feces into plastic wrap over toilet bowl, then transfer 2‑10 g into container. For infants/young children: line diaper with clean plastic wrap or use pediatric urine bag, then transfer 2‑10 g stool from diaper to container. Do not submit the diaper.
