Cyclin D1 (BCL‑1), IHC with Interpretation
Clinical Use
Order TestUse
Approximately 65% of mantle cell lymphomas are characterized by a t(11;14)(q13;q32) translocation involving BCL‑1 that leads to deregulation of cyclin D1. Detection of cyclin D1 via immunohistochemistry is useful for identifying disease in this context.
