HNF-1B by Immunohistochemistry
Also known as: HNF1B IHC
Use
This is an immunohistochemical stain for hepatocyte nuclear factor‑1 beta (HNF‑1B), performed as a stain‑and‑return (technical) service to allow pathological assessment of HNF‑1B expression in formalin‑fixed, paraffin‑embedded tissue. It is intended for clinical purposes and supports diagnostic interpretation by clinicians and pathologists.
Special Instructions
This test is performed as a stain and return (technical) service only. It is a laboratory‑developed test (LDT), performed in a CLIA‑certified laboratory. Refer to the ARUP Immunohistochemistry Stain Offerings brochure for ordering recommendations.
