Meadow Fescue IgG4
Use
This test is part of a set of allergen-specific IgG4 tests which measure IgG4 antibody levels to specific allergens. Measuring IgG4 may be used to assess immune response profiles to environmental exposures or for monitoring desensitization therapies, but its clinical utility in diagnosing IgE‐mediated allergic reactions is limited; such testing is often used adjunctively rather than as a primary diagnostic tool.

Limitations
IgG4 levels may not correlate with clinical allergic symptoms and are not recommended as standalone diagnostic markers for allergic diseases. They may reflect exposure or tolerance rather than pathogenic sensitization. Interpretation should be done in conjunction with clinical context and other diagnostic information.
