Purkinje Cell (Yo) antibody is found in approximately half of patients with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration and is associated with ovarian, uterine, small cell lung carcinomas, and Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Special Instructions
If Yo Antibody Screen (IFA) is positive, then Yo Antibody Western Blot will be performed at additional charge; if Western Blot is positive, then Yo Antibody Titer will be performed at additional charge.
