LANGERIN by Immunohistochemistry
Also known as: LANGER IHC
Use
Langerin (CD207) immunohistochemical staining is performed to identify Langerin protein expression, a highly selective marker for Langerhans cells, including lesional cells of Langerhans cell histiocytosis. It aids in distinguishing Langerhans cell histiocytosis from other histiocytic proliferations.
