Use

This test measures rheumatoid factor isotypes—IgG, IgA, and IgM—which are autoantibodies associated with rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions. Detection of multiple RF isotypes may enhance diagnostic sensitivity and specificity compared to RF IgM alone.
