This broad serum panel is intended to evaluate suspected autoimmune neurologic disease—covering both central and peripheral manifestations—with reflex testing of individual autoantibody assays as indicated. It aids in diagnosis, malignancy search, and treatment planning when patients present with subacute neurologic symptoms. Following April 21, 2025, ordering is directed to ARUP test 3018965, which provides similar evaluative utility using a variety of immunologic methodologies.
