Chimerism Analysis With CD3 Cells

Use
Monitor the level of donor CD3+ cells in the recipient (patient-host) of a stem cell transplant. Polymorphic loci determined in the preëngraftment testing are used as a reference for the evaluation.
Special Instructions
To schedule this test, contact HLA customer service at 800-533-1037. Specimen should be maintained at room temperature and shipped to arrive between Monday and Friday.
Limitations
This test was developed by LabCorp, and its performance characteristics were determined internally. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. The sensitivity of the test is 5% or less for a typical specimen, and the average purity of sorted cells is at least 90%.
