HLA DQA1 High Resolution
Use
DQA1 antigens may be correlated with certain disease states or other clinical conditions. Also used for screening of transplant candidates and potential donors, transfusion of specifically compatible blood products, among others. This test is for single locus typing at high resolution.

Limitations
Turnaround time may extend if additional confirmatory or reflex tests are required. Hemolyzed or clotted specimens, as well as incorrect specimen containers, may lead to rejection.
