The Antiphospholipid Syndrome Diagnostic Panel evaluates the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies—key in diagnosing antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), an autoimmune disorder characterized by thrombosis and pregnancy-related morbidity. It assesses antibodies to cardiolipin and beta-2‑glycoprotein I across IgG, IgM, and IgA isotypes, alongside functional assays such as dRVVT screen, lupus anticoagulant evaluation, and PTT‑LA screen. Combined, results guide diagnosis, risk stratification, and management of patients with suspected APS.
