High-Grade B-Cell Lymphoma, FISH
Use
Diagnostic test for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Detects primary genetic changes associated with various types of NHL, including follicular lymphoma (FL), Burkitt's lymphoma (BL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and those with BCL6 rearrangement.
Special Instructions
Indicate the pertinent clinical diagnosis and previous cytogenetic studies on the test request form. Note: This test number is used for tracking FISH specimens to the laboratory.
Limitations
Molecular mutations or chromosomal alterations not targeted by the probes included in this profile will not be detected. Chromosome analysis should be considered to identify clonal alterations not targeted by the FISH probes ordered.
