HLA DPB1 High Resolution
Use
DPB1 antigens may be correlated with certain disease states or other clinical conditions. Also used for screening of transplant candidates and potential donors, transfusion of specifically compatible blood products, among others. This test is for single locus typing at high resolution.

Indicate in clinical information which antigen(s) is of interest. If you have questions, contact HLA customer service at 800-533-1037 for assistance in selecting the proper HLA test for the patient. It is important to use a buccal swab kit provided by LabCorp when submitting buccal swabs.
Limitations
This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by Labcorp. It has not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The test results are based on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and may require additional confirmatory or reflex testing in some cases. Testing schedules may vary.
