FISH, B‑Cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Panel
Also known as: B-CLL
Use
This interphase FISH panel detects recurrent cytogenetic abnormalities in B‑cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that have prognostic significance, including deletions (e.g., 13q14, ATM/11q22, TP53/17p13), trisomy 12, and potentially 6q and IGH translocations. These genomic findings inform risk stratification and management decisions in CLL patients.

Not provided.
Limitations
FISH is targeted and may miss abnormalities not included in the panel such as complex karyotypes or novel aberrations. Metaphase chromosome analysis may reveal additional important cytogenetic findings not detectable by FISH.
