Use

Special Instructions

Limitations
This test determines the presence of IgE antibodies specific to pecan nuts but does not predict the severity of an allergic reaction. False positives can occur, and results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical evaluation. It does not directly measure allergenic activity and can't be used to rule out non-IgE-mediated allergic reactions.
