Also known as: bcl-1/JH t(11;14)
Use
Bcl‑1/JH t(11;14) is highly specific for mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The t(11;14) translocation is found in approximately 70% to 95% of MCL cases. The real‑time PCR assay can be used to monitor minimal residual disease in non‑Hodgkin lymphoma patients.
