Confirmation/identification of cancer-related alterations in non−small-cell lung cancer
Special Instructions
All paraffin-embedded tissues referred for FISH testing are first reviewed by a pathologist. FISH results should be interpreted within the context of histology, IHC, and a pathological evaluation. Utilize sterile technique and Labcorp transport kits when possible.
Limitations
Molecular mutations or chromosomal alterations not targeted by the probe included in this profile will not be detected. The performance characteristics of this test were determined by Labcorp and have not been cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
