Estradiol, Free
Use
This test measures both free estradiol and total estradiol concentrations in serum. The free (unbound) fraction may better correlate with clinical conditions such as infertility, menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome, and other endocrine disorders due to its active nature compared to total estradiol. It is used in the evaluation of hormone-related disorders. Source: Includes both free and total estradiol ([reddit.com](https://www.reddit.com/r/DrWillPowers/comments/zgfaoz?utm_source=openai))
Special Instructions
