Use
Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) panel designed for evaluating acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), particularly Pre‑B subtype. It detects genetic abnormalities such as rearrangements, gains, or losses in key loci including 11q (MLL), chromosomes 4, 10, 17, t(9;22), and t(12;21), which carry diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic implications in leukemia management.

Limitations
The performance characteristics were validated under CLIA regulations and intended for clinical use. The test is not FDA-cleared or approved. Interpretation should consider that undetected abnormalities may exist outside the targeted loci or at levels below assay sensitivity.
